“Clean room, nice staff. Some of the paint and trim is getting worn in some of the rooms. Small cobweb in one corner of the room. Stained grout on tub. Lots of loud squeaky doors on the second floor. Lots of thumping and stomping noise due to loud guests that were there for a youth soccer team meet over the weekend. Biscuits were not done at breakfast. Doughy, crumbly and not hot enough or fully baked. People would not line up in an orderly fashion at the breakfast area. It was a free for all!...

“Breakfast was cereal or a waffle. Room had a small TV 17”. Hallway had a strange odor.”

“Did what I needed it to do.”

“The property is in a remodel. But it was clean and organized. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs at 7 o’clock in the morning on a Sunday. The lady helping did not speak very good English.”

“Stayed one night. It is a motel not hotel. Tried to checkin at 2:53pm. Debra said to wait 7 minutes as she had people waiting. Why are we waiting? Because its policy although rooms were ready. Reminded me of DMV. Room had a smell of old HVAC system. Most guests were local workers or residents. Cheap but what you get is a motel.”

“My husband and I were visiting Kansas City for the first time to catch the Kansas City Chiefs game for the first time as well. Searching the internet for a place to stay can be overwhelming. I chose the Unity Village and everything about the place was absolutely lovely. Our room, was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. At the end of the day, The Cafe staff and customers were very friendly and fun. Above and beyond our expectations! I am...

“100% nicer than the Hampton down the street”

“My spouse and I are in our 80's and we were first informed that are room was on the second floor and no elevators.when we checked in NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT THIS BEFORE WE ARIVED AT. THE MOTEL. If only 2nd floor rooms are available then we should be informed during the decision process.”

“Great place but need better lighting at bathroom mirror.”

“Everything went well with our stay & good breakfast”

“A great place to stay!! Top notch customer staff!!”

“Nothing special to look at. Driving up I was ready to be disappointed. I was not! Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was clean. Very good value.”

“Very nice room and comfortable beds!”

“Do not stay at this property. The accommodations were filthy. The sheets were heavily stained. The top of the bedding had several cigarette stains. Most of the rooms had their trash bags sitting outside their rooms. Several people were outside smoking marijuana. After being in my room for less than 10 minutes I went back to the front desk and checked out. I returned the room keys so I could get my $50 deposit returned to me. I explained to the front desk staff about the room and not feeling...
